Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Qualifications: - 2-3 years experience in Personal Lines insurance - Active Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED* - Excellent customer service/people skills - Ability to listen to clients and understand their requests and needs in a time sensitive environment - Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with staff, sales associates and vendors - General computer literacy - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) proficiency - Must have proficient PC, analytical, decision making, and organizational skills - Working knowledge of Applied TAM agency management system a plus.
