Description:Responsible for collecting on past due installment loans. Utilize daily contact and skip tracing efforts. Develop and maintain on-going customer relationships. Negotiate payment arrangements. Advise customers of their responsibilities under loan contracts, and provide individual counseling on acceptable and convenient payment arrangements. Qualifications:•High School Diploma or Equivalent, some college preferred.
