Administrative Assistant @ American Home Shield Responsibilities • Provides administrative and staff support services to a manager in the organizational unit • Applies basic skills and procedures • May assist in budget preparation and control activities • Assists in preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc • May administer programs, projects and processes to the operating unit served • May serve as administrative liaison within and outside the company regarding administrative issues related to purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations • May screen/interview job applicants and orient new employees • Duties and tasks are standardized Education and Experience Requirements • High school diploma/GED required • One to three (1-3) years of administrative experience required • Experience and skill with Microsoft© Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required |
