The role of Groundskeeper is to work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times, maintain all public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat & attractive condition.
Maintenance Technician @ ( The Summit)
Ensure that all service requests and repairs are made correctly and in a timely manner. Duties also include inspecting grounds, buildings and other community features as required to minimize liability concerns and to assist with turn-key operations if needed.
