MADISON HUMPHREYS CENTER - The role of Groundskeeper is to work with the service team to ensure excellent curb appeal at all times, maintain all public and common areas of the property in a clean, neat & attractive condition. Specifically to remove all trash & litter, sweep sidewalks & pathways, basic gardening & weeding, and wiping down & cleaning of any windows or common furniture. To report to supervisor any physical conditions of community that jeopardizes safety. This position will involve light maintenance duties and other tasks or duties as assigned by Supervisor.
