Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
-Minimum of 4 years of relevant customer service experience
-Ability to multi-task and change directions quickly and efficiently
-Critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail is a must
-Excellent communication skills through email and telephone
-Outstanding people skills
-Reliable and works well in a team environment
-Self-motivated and takes initiative
-Proficient experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Experience with Sage MAS500 is a plus
