--Preparing itemized statements, bills, or invoices and recording amounts due for items purchased or services rendered
--Reviewing documents such as purchase orders, sales tickets, charge slips to compute fees or charges due
--Keeping record of invoices and supporting documents
--Typing billing documents, shipping labels, credit memos, or credit forms
--Contacting customers or answering customer questions about billing and account information
--Compute credit terms, discounts, shipment charges or rates for goods or services to complete billing documents.
