Summer Camp Support Staff  (8 positions)
Duties/Responsibilities
  • Teach a curriculum that is fun and engaging
  • Schedule field trips and speakers
  • Assist or lead activities/events such as arts & craft, games and music, etc.
  • Assist with crowd control before, during and after program, maintaining order of assigned students
  • Assist with setup, distribution, and cleanup of lunch and snacks.
  • Assist with completing daily lunch reports
  • Chaperone scheduled field trips/outings for assigned group
  • Assist with daily set up and break down of rooms
  • Assist with setup and cleaning before and after each scheduled activity
  • Maintain safe, orderly, sanitary environment
  • Reports observations and incidents (e.g. accidents, incidents, inappropriate social behavior, violations of rules, safety conditions, etc.) immediately to activity leader
Skills / Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Works well with children
  • Familiar with basic first aid procedures
  • Ability to understand multi-step written and oral procedures/instructions
  • Adherence to NCC policies/procedures, including safety practices

Job Summary:
Work includes assignment planning, layout, set up, operating and making tool adjustments for various types of manual, numerically controlled and computerized machine shop equipment. Works from blueprints, process sheets and sketches to perform production tasks, which may include the cutting and shaping of metal to precision dimensions. May communicate directly with engineers to understand the purpose of a part assembly. Checks and inspects machining operations against specified tolerances. May identify and repair minor machine malfunctions.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
UPS is hiring individuals to work as part-time Package Handlers. This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and sliding packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Part-time employees usually work 3 ½ - 4 hours each weekday (Monday through Friday) and typically do not work on weekends or selected holidays.

Package Handlers receive a competitive hourly rate and also an attractive benefits package. Please note that these opportunities are part-time only working approximately 17 1/2 – 20 hours per week. Employees can expect to take home between $140.00 and $170.00 each week after deductions have been taken for taxes, etc.

Must pass Division Data Entry Exercises, Group C. Must successfully complete Placement (Group 007 “Customer Contact Representative”)/Performance Exercises. Must successfully complete Customer Service Simulation Test. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Works inside and outside under good conditions. Subject to light lifting and stress associated with handling customers using abusive language.

Delinquent Account Processor
Duties: Process delinquent bills and contact customers regarding delinquent accounts, gather information from and maintain various files and records and perform other related duties as directed.

Must pass Division’s typing test of 45 w.p.m. Must successfully complete Placement (Group 16B “General Clerical”)/Performance Exercises.

Works in office under good conditions. Subject to light lifting of log books.


Service Advisor
Duties: Process service request, billing/miscellaneous inquiries and emergency calls from customers within specific qualified parameters via telephone or web mail; and effectively handle calls from irate/hostile customers.

Must have successfully completed Data Entry Exercises, Group C. Must successfully complete Placement (Group 007 “Customer Contact Representative”)/Performance Exercises and Customer Service Simulation Test. Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence.

Works in office. Subject to stressful environment handling customers using abusive language, noise, eye fatigue and sitting for long periods of time. Shift work required. Subjected occasionally to mandatory overtime.
